AndWest and Cowgirl Confetti are two fast-growing accessory brands in the western, work, and bohemian industry. We are a family-run company looking for a part-time marketing manager (20–24 hours/week) with the option to grow into a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
Ability to construct and implement successful email campaigns
Supervise e-mail campaigns and social media for two brands
Implement new strategic initiatives from inception through completion
Develop long-term business opportunities; Identify and work with prospective customers
Ensure marketing materials are well thought out and ready for launch
Maintain and/or refresh online advertisements
Utilize the sales pipeline system (CRM) for tracking sales function
Utilize Google AdWords and Google Analytics to monitor performance
Able to provide recommendations for appropriate channel mix and spend across paid search, social, and display
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing-related field
3+ years brand marketing work experience in the western, accessories, or jewelry field
Experience working with and supporting multiple brands
Track record of innovation, delivery, and performance
Sophisticated written and verbal communication skills
Superior relationship builder and networker
Experience setting up and optimizing paid social media campaigns and social media posts and engagement
Experience implementing and optimizing campaigns for any of the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Paid Search, Google Display, etc.
Strong analytical skills for measuring/tracking success
Must be local to Southern California
